  • Responsible for searching of new Tenders, screening of Tender Documents and analyzing the eligibility to participate for the tender.
  • Understanding of Tender Document and preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the Management.
  • Responsible for drafting of Proposals for various Facility Management projects in coordination with other departments.
  • Preparation of pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concern departments.
  • Attending Pre-bid meetings.
  • Seeking clarification of queries post submission and follow up with the tender floating authorities.
  • Preparation of Bid documents and getting it validated by the Management.
  • Working on cost estimation (as and when required).
  • Submission of online Tender document and physical submission (if required).
  • Record the bid submitted status and update the Management about the same.
